Refund and Returns Policy

ONYX SHOPPY offers its customers an ’Easy return policy’, wherein you can raise a return/exchange request of a product within 24 Hours of its delivery. 

(We do not accept returns and exchanges on “food products”. Please read the completely return policy.)
 
  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email/Contact (onyxshoppy@gmail.com/09587126262) within 24 Hours of receiving the order.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

Please ensure that the packet is well sealed before handing over to our pick-up executive.

Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • Serial Number is tampered with.
  • Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
  • Product is used or altered
  • If request is initiated after 24 Hours of order delivery
  • Free product provided by brand

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

Food & Beverage

Due to consumable nature of the products, we do not accept exchange or returns on our products. In the rare case where you might receive an incorrect product, you can request for a full refund. Please email or call us at onyxshoppy@gmail.com / 07737049790 within 24 hours of receiving your order with images of the incorrect product. Such products will only be considered if they are in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. Onyx Shoppy reserves the right to refuse return of the product after due investigation of images sent by customer.
Note: Opened or used products will not be accepted for refunds.
Request for refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:
If the product is damaged due to mishandling by the consumer.
If the product has been used or altered.
If a request is initiated after 2 business days of order delivery.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 14 days. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information.

For orders payed for with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through bank transfers only. Our Customer Care will reach out to you for your bank details, namely the bank account holder name, bank name, branch and IFSC code. We will never request any other bank or card details. If you receive an email claiming to be from “Onyx shoppy”  asking you to do so, do not respond and contact our Customer Care team immediately.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds through cash or cheque.

If an item is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Care team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.

CANCELLATIONS

 

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order confirmation. Order cancellation will be approved only if your order has not been dispatched from our fulfilment centre. Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of online payment. You can cancel an order by emailing us on onyxshoppy@gmail.com / 7737049790 within the time limit stating the reason for cancellation. In case of cancellation, we process the refund immediately. It takes 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your mode of payment.

EXCHANGE

We are unable to offer exchange for products bought on onyxshoppy.com at this time. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please return and place a fresh order.
